As of June 26, 2017:
River Temperature: 51 degrees
CFS 8000 and rising a little due to the heat. We expect it to get lower and slower for the 4th of July holiday. It's a little fast for tubing but still great for kayaks and paddle boards. If you're new to floating the river we recommend waiting another week or 2. (CFS is the flow, measured in cubic feet per second)
We have two launch points: one for a 4 mile trip and one for a 2 mile trip. The launch point varies based on river flow and time of day. When the river is faster, we can do the 4 mile trip. When the river is slower, we do the 2 mile trip. When it is in between, earlier in the day we can do the 4 mile trip, later in the day we do the 2 mile trip.
Schedule as of June 26:
Office hours 10-6 7 days a week, last river trip is at 4pm
4 mile trip rentals are available every hour from 10am - 4pm, float time is 1-1.5 hours.
2 mile trip is about 30 minutes, so it is closed for now until the river gets a little slower.
